 Good to here i won't be by myself. I'm going to the field on sunday morning to help leo get everything together with his plane. Hopefully he will make it to the Tampa contest if i can get his plane setup correctly.

How did it go with Leo's plane, I did see it the previous Sunday but had to leave before he put it together and went flying. The plane looks great...Jim |

Jim,
Good to see you found our little corner of the universe. Leo's airplane flew very well. I put one flight on it and saw we needed to make some changes to the settings of the motor. when we opened it up and adjusted, the throttle linkage popped and had to be repaired which grounded us the rest of the day. The plane fly's real well and i hope we can have it all dialed in for this next contest for Leo |

Hello Leo,
I will be at the field Sunday morning, but I will just be relaxing and watching. I do not have a plane in flying condition at the moment, I will be out to enjoy just being out at the field and away from the city for a little while. I will be out at the field around 9:00 am.

Sorry I could not make it this weekend. I have been grounded trying to finish a Fiber channel disk array box. Open source very frustrating. Anyhow i am having some hardware issues i need to get worked out on that system. How did you like the way the plane flew ?
Where you able to move the batteries all the way forward? Please let me know how it went.

I'm going to be at the field sunday 25 at 800. luiz Bosch is going saturday and sunday.
we need to have some practice before Jax contest.
and remember to go early because we expect winds over 20 miles afternoon this day, is good for practice but a little dangerous for the airplane.
we went to tampa last weekend and ALvaro Yanguas won first place in sportman, Jose Guzman won FIrst place in Basic, Ramon Dezubiria, Juan Romero third in Intermidiate, Ramon Dezubiria 4th in Intermidiate and Mariano Barrios 4th in sportman.

I am happy to here you guy's did so well in Tampa. I will try to get out sat. and sunday to help out.

Mariano has a zero in the 1 and 3/4 spin because he crab the airplane into the wing but he kept the track of the airplane. then Pedro and Ben told us that they made a mistake and the spin was good and to be fair they are going to change the zero to five and Monty accepted and then after a pilot complaint he put zero again moving Mariano from second place to four. |

That is a tough break. A difficult call indeed, but i Know we can practice somethings that will help him to prevent this from happening.
